Grateful

One year of defunct-ness would make a good time to start blogging again, right? Anyone there? :)

After my last post, my brother, Tim, was soon diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. He had 12 treatments of chemotherapy, each 2 weeks apart. His last treatment was on October 28, 2008. And about one week before we all gathered for Thanksgiving, he received his scan results of "all clear."

I cannot believe it was only one year ago, because those six months felt like forever. I am so grateful that he is healthy. And I am thankful for the prayers and thoughts of my online friends. Through a few tweets and Flickr photos, you all knew what was going on and made your support known... Thank you.
